Shipping Policy
We're proud to offer FREE standard shipping on US orders and a flat rate for 2-day expedited shipping. Please select your preference at checkout. Please note, for standard shipping we typically rely on non-guaranteed delivery date services. Packages usually arrive to their domestic destination within 3-7 business days after ordering, depending on destination. Due to carrier limitations, orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military addresses, and PO boxes cannot be delivered within 2 business days if 2-day expedited shipping is selected. If an order is received before noon CST, then an order will be considered on time if there is an attempted delivery within 2 business days. If an order is received after noon CST, the order will be fulfilled by the next day and delivered within 2 business days after the order is fulfilled. Hipstik LLC does not provide a money-back guarantee if items fail to arrive by the scheduled delivery date.

Return Policy
We offer FREE and EASY exchanges on your first order if it doesn't fit just right. At this time, we do not offer refunds. However, if you have an issue with your order we're happy to exchange your item for store credit! To get store credit for your order, please email us at happy@hipstiks.com with your order number. Once we receive your request, we'll send you a return shipping label. When we get your item(s) back, we'll issue you a code for store credit less the cost of return shipping. Please note, the window for an exchange is 30 days after delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges on international orders due to shipping costs.
