Shipping Policy
Most orders ship the day after they're placed, however, please allow up to 72 hours for your order to ship. During peak times (Holiday and Sales), order preparation may be extended to 3-5 business days due to the large volume of orders we may receive. Expected delivery for Standard or Free Shipping is 5-7 business days from the time the order is shipped. Please allow up to 10 days for receipt of your order. Expedited orders ship within 1-2 business days. Weekends or US holidays do not count as business days. We ship all orders via USPS or FedEx. Please provide a shipping address on your order that will validate with the post office. The estimated delivery date of your package is provided by the carrier service. Once the carrier has an estimated timeframe available, they will update this information on your tracking history.

Return Policy
Please reach out to the Customer Service Team at info@naplessoap.com with your order number and let us know what item(s) you wish to return or exchange and tell us why. We can only get better if we know what you didn’t like. Within 3 business days or less, we’ll email you a USPS return label to print from home. Just place the label on your package and drop your package in a mailbox.
