Through their travels, they discovered a need for quality gear that bridges the gap between cheap and overpriced. At OM they’re aimed at providing progressive solutions that accompany you at all ages and ability levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced).

Shipping Policy
We provide free shipping for all OutdoorMaster products. Some products are only available in specific regions. Please check the product page for details or contact us via care@outdoormaster.com. When you have completed the order details and enter "checkout page", there will show the expected shipping time of your order. In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. But sometimes the actual delivery date may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date. Once your payment is verified, we will process and ship your order within 1-2 days. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Return Policy
Customers can return the purchased products within 30 days after receiving the product . Please be noted that the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the product is damaged when received or it is a wrong product, the customer does not need to bear the return shipping cost. In this case please contact us and we will arrange you a replacement or refund fully to you.
