JadeYoga began in earnest in 2000 after we learned of the fundamental problem with most yoga mats on the market at that time - they were slippery. As we were already making natural rubber rug pads, we approached the problem from that angle and developed Harmony, the first natural rubber yoga mat.

Shipping Policy
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days (inventory permitting), though some mat take up to 5. Please note that processing times may take an additional business day throughout the holiday season. Unless you request otherwise, we generally ship by UPS, USPS or FedEx ground, which usually provides the best rates. Because retail orders ship from Pennsylvania, most orders placed with regular ground shipping within the continental US will reach you within 3-6 business days. Additionally, the estimated timeframes on our checkout page are transit estimates and do not include our 1-3 business day processing time. Please note that FedEx & UPS shipping times count business days and do not normally count or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays, so if you place an order on the Friday before a holiday weekend, you may not receive your order until the following Tuesday even if you choose overnight shipping.

Return Policy
To initiate a return, please email info@jadeyoga.com. Returns must be accompanied by your original proof of purchase (packing slip or order confirmation) along with our completed return form stating whether you are requesting a refund or exchange (and if you are requesting an exchange, please let us know what you would like to exchange your mat for). Returns are only accepted within 30 days of purchase. We recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Jade is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking and we do not cover return shipping unless the incorrect item was sent.
