Shipping Policy
Shipped from our warehouse near Los Angeles. Most are sent via USPS 1st Class, USPS Priority, or FedEx Ground. Specific service will be automatically chosen by our system when your order is processed, and depends on the size/weight of your order. Handling time is generally 1 business day for all shipments, unless the item is on pre-order. US orders typically arrive in 2-7 business days. International orders are shipped from our closest international warehouse and usually arrive in 4-10 business days depending on location.

Tax Policy
Peak Design is required to collect taxes for orders shipping to the states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Washington due to US Tax Laws regarding online sales and our business presence in these states.

Return Policy
If you're not happy with your Peak Design product, just send it on back for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date (except apparel, those are yours forever). We use Happy Returns to facilitate returns in the US, which makes returning a product super painless and easy. Your return credit will be initiated as soon as your return is received and verified at our returns processing facility. Please allow 1-2 weeks for this process to complete in full. If you'd like to send your product back for an exchange or store credit, select that option during the return process. We'll send you an eGift card, which can be used to place a new order for the product you want in exchange, or as store credit to be redeemed at any point in the future. US Returns incur a flat $8 shipping fee per return label generated. There is no shipping fee for exchanges or store credits.
