Shipping Policy
Our free shipping offer applies only to the lower 48 United States. For large items such as tents, large replacement parts, and larger awnings, we use freight shipping via FedEx or Old Dominion (ODFL). These can be shipped to residential or business addresses or picked up from the nearest freight terminal, typically taking 7-10 business days for delivery. For all other products, we use ground shipping via USPS or FedEx, with standard delivery to the provided address and no signature required. Expedited shipping is not available for ground shipments.

Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay), and Bread Pay.

Return Policy
CVT accepts returns of unused, regularly priced, (not sale) products, meaning products in brand-new condition in their original packaging. The item must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase (not delivery) date. If a credit card was used for payment, a 3% credit card fee will be deducted from the refund to cover our fees incurred in the original transaction, and shipping charges in connection with the original delivery of the product are non-refundable.
