Shipping Policy
Shipping from RugStudio is free to the 48 States. You only pay return shipping, should you need to return your purchase for any reason. If a rug arrives defective or incorrect, we will gladly replace the item with an identical item at no expense to you however, we must be notified within 7 days of delivery.

Tax Policy
We currently collect sales tax on orders in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI.

Payment Policy

Return Policy
Please contact us prior to returning any item so that we may issue a Return Authorization number and provide you with complete return instructions.
