Shipping Policy
We are currently able to ship from our online store to the United States and Canada, most countries in Europe, and a few countries in Asia. The shipping fee is based on the shipping address, volume, and weight of the order and is calculated at check-out. Actual shipping fee will be calculated at check-out. No free shipping. Express shipping 29.95 (estimated delivery in 3 business days). No express shipping for PO box addresses. No express shipping for large orders (i.e. Wall Farm, Click & Grow 25, Smart Garden 27). Shipping rates may vary for Hawaii and Alaska. The delivery solution depends on the customer's location and the size of the order. Home delivery is not guaranteed for each order and some orders will be delivered to a collection point or the post office.

Payment Policy
To return a product and receive a full refund, the following criteria must be met: the product must have been purchased from the official Click & Grow website and delivered less than 30 days ago. Items delivered more than 30 days ago are no longer eligible for a refund. The product must be completely unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in salable condition. Proof of purchase, such as an order number or confirmation email, is required. The customer is responsible for covering all return shipping fees and must provide a return tracking number to allow us to verify the return with our warehouse.
