Shipping Policy
Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates. Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (PST). Orders you place with LIFEAID late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Charges may be added to orders with Priority, Overnight and International shipping if we try unsuccessfully to deliver your order more than once. Delivery addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam should add an additional $5.00 charge for standard Shipping & Delivery. Orders arrive in 7 to 9 business days when ordered before 12:00 noon (PST).

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Return Policy
Returnable items must be received by us within 60 days from the date your order was delivered. Returned items must be received in their original packaging and in perfect condition. This means if merchandise was originally in seal packaging, it’s expected to be returned in the same way. Unsealed/used items are not resellable, and therefore, not accepted for refunds if returned. Buyers will be responsible for shipping back to us for refunds. Shipping costs are not refundable. All merchandise returned that is opened or not in original packaging will be discarded. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for such merchandise. Note: Items ending in .97 are considered clearance. All clearance items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.
