Shipping Policy
Current estimated processing time: 2-3 business days for all non-custom, non pre-order products. Gift ship speed depends on current processing time + shipping speed you've selected at checkout. Please note that currently PO and APO addresses must ship via Standard Shipping (with UPS Surepost). What is SurePost Shipping? SurePost is a service provided by UPS in which packages are transported to the destination city and handed off to USPS for final delivery. Once the package is transferred to USPS, we cannot provide updates or make changes to the package delivery. We do ship internationally to most countries for our Box Builder offering and for corporate custom orders using Passport Shipping, but prices and timeline of arrival greatly vary based on location.

Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay), and PayPal.

Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of our service and labor involved, all sales are final from Happy Box. We do not issue refunds or order cancellations.
