Shipping Policy
We offer free ground shipping via UPS for all U.S. orders placed on our website, that are valued at $75.00 USD or more. We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process and ship your order within one business day of it being received. When your order ships you can expect it to arrive within 2-8 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped you will be notified with a shipping confirmation email which includes an electronic tracking number. If you need to have your shipment re-routed to a new address please contact us immediately via email at info@surfsidesupply.com. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST. are typically shipped the same day (Monday-Friday) with the exception of holidays, closures due to inclement weather, or during times of high volume.

Return Policy
