Shipping Policy
We ship to the following countries: the United States, where TurboAnt electric scooters are available for delivery to the 48 contiguous states, and Canada, where the X7 Max Electric Scooter (pneumatic tire model) is also shipped, although other e-scooter models are not currently available for delivery to Canada. For customers in Europe, please visit our TurboAnt Europe Store for shopping and orders. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories. TurboAnt currently offers free shipping on all orders of $49 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders under $49 to US destinations qualify for a flat rate shipping charge of $15.

Return Policy
Any new and unused product purchased from TurboAnt may be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date. To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions: it has not been used and arrives intact, with a clear picture or video provided to verify its condition; the return request is sent to us within 14 days of receipt via support@turboant.com; and the product is in its original packaging and is returned to us with a return shipping label, which TurboAnt will provide after confirming the return request.
