Shipping Policy
Orders usually ship within 24-48 hours, but there can be delays due to Sale Specials, extended Holidays, and/or unforeseen events. If you are requesting a normal shipping process (not Express Shipping) and need a product by a specific date, please provide that information in the “Notes” section. Note: We do not offer 2-day shipping for international orders! Orders placed after 11 a.m. PST will usually complete processing on the next business day and ship either that day or the next business day. Please keep this in mind when selecting expedited shipping. All shipping times are stated in Business Days (do not include holidays and weekends) and do not include Saturday delivery. Free shipping applies only to the U.S.
