Shipping Policy
We currently ship everywhere in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii. We hope to offer international shipping as soon as possible! We offer flat rate shipping for $6.95 – this means that the more you order, the more you save on shipping! Additionally, orders over $50 & Starter Kit orders receive free shipping depending on the promotions we're running! Shipping takes on average 5-7 business days once you get tracking! Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday. At the moment, we do not offer expedited shipping. We primarily use USPS, however sometimes a 3rd party will come in to help!.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Return Policy
If your first Flex purchase isn’t exactly what you were hoping for, let us know within 14 days of your delivery by texting 470-27 and we'll offer a free return. Unfortunately, for all other orders, given that our products are perishable, we do not offer refunds or exchanges - please reach out to our CX team and we’ll be happy to find a solution for you!.
