Shipping Policy
For shipping options, pre-orders will be fulfilled as inventory becomes available. Estimated domestic shipping rates are as follows: Standard shipping is $7 and available to the domestic U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, with delivery within 7 business days for the domestic U.S. and 10-12 business days for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Express shipping is $13, available only to the domestic U.S., with delivery in 3 business days or less. Overnight shipping is $20, available only to the domestic U.S., with delivery in 1 business day or less; orders must be placed by 9 AM Pacific for same-day shipping.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), Apple Pay, PayPal, Afterpay, Catch, and Venmo.

Return Policy
Returns can be made for up to 30 days after the ship date of your package. Items must be returned in their original condition, tags attached, and unworn. Footwear must be returned with their original shoebox. Footwear can only be returned in-store or by mail. This supersedes all other Pacsun return policies. FOG (Fear of God) Essentials, PS Reserve, Alliance Entertainment, gift bags and items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. This supersedes all other PacSun return policies. Earrings, masks and women's underwear cannot be returned. Swimwear can only be returned unworn with original tags intact and sanitary panel in place. Swimwear cannot be returned in-store.
