Shipping Policy
We offer FREE shipping on domestic orders over $40, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. You can still choose to expedite your order if you wish to receive your items sooner. You can view all shipping methods and costs by entering your address before placing your order.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Meta Pay and Venmo.

Return Policy
Refunds can only be issued up to 90 days after payment! There are no refunds for any items marked as Final Sale or Clearance on the website. If your PopSockets product is broken or defective, we don't need to return the item to us, except if we request a return. Only then we provide a free return label. Please submit a ticket to our Customer Obsession team by contacting us here and we’ll be happy to assist. Let us know if you would like to receive a replacement, refund, or store credit.
