Shipping Policy
Vape shipping timelines vary by state and depend on distance from our fulfillment center. Vape mail requires a 21+ Adult to be present to show ID and sign for the package. We process orders Monday through Friday, 9am-3pm PST excluding major U.S. holidays (Closed on Weekends). Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Return Policy
All customer service & support tickets for defects, missing, and incorrect items require photos and in some cases, video evidence. You will need to submit photo/video clearly displaying the items and/or issues. You will be able to send these after our first reply. Please do not discard items until we notify you, or we will not be able to process the return/exchange.
