Shipping Policy
Orders shipped via USPS or using FedEx ground will arrive within 7-10 business days (not including Saturday and Sunday, following credit card authorization. Express orders placed after 10:00 AM PST will not be processed until the following business day. Please note: FedEx does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. USPS does not deliver on Sundays. We offer FedEx ground and 2-Day. Please note that free shipping promotions are for ground shipments only. 2-Day orders must be received 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time to ship the same day. USPS is now offered to all customers, including APO/FPO. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We ship to Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses. APO is used for Army and Air Force and FPO is used for Navy.

Return Policy
First Tactical has a 30-day returns and exchanges policy. You may return your merchandise to First Tactical within 30 days upon the receipt of your purchase. All returned or exchanged product must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached. Refunds will be applied to original credit card used at the time of purchase.
