Shipping Policy
Online orders are processed Monday through Friday, 1-2 business days of order placement unless indicated in the product description. Orders placed between 1 p.m. EST Friday through midnight EST Sunday will be processed the following Monday. You will receive an email notification when your order ships. All US orders are shipped via UPS or USPS and should be received within 2-5 business days after processing. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Saturday delivery is only available if prearranged with Customer Service. Free shipping is applicable on domestic orders over $150, or for Canadian orders over $200.

We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay), Shop Pay, Afterpay, and PayPal.

Return Policy
We accept returns postmarked to Michele Lopriore within 14 days of receipt. The merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition. If your purchase was $150+, and made in the United States, the return shipping is free and we will provide a return label for you. To receive one, please contact Customer Service at shopusa@michelelopriore.com. Should your item(s) be less than $150 in value, we will not refund return shipping charges. Return instructions are on your return form enclosed in your package. For other countries, the return shipping will be covered by the customer.
