Shipping Policy
All orders ship Economy for free, unless you choose to upgrade. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and Europe is not free, and additional charges will apply at checkout. We ship from our logistics warehouse in Texas Monday through Friday within 2 - 5 business days. During holiday peak season (October - December) processing times may increase to 7 - 10 business days. Mattresses are made to order and may take up to 2 weeks to deliver. All orders ship through USPS or UPS depending on shipping rates. We cannot ship to Military APOs or PO Boxes. Additional fees or shipping restrictions may apply if you live in Alaska or Hawaii.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Return Policy
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the products within the 30-day period after you have received the order. We will provide a refund minus a 15% restocking fee, store credit or offer free replacements in the case of damaged or faulty items due to manufacturer defect.
