Shipping Policy
Same Business Day Shipping On All Orders Received by 3 p.m. EST. Free shipping does not apply to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. territories APO/FPO addresses. Economy shipping takes 4-8 business days and costs $12, but it is free for orders over $275. Express shipping takes 2-3 business days, and Overnight shipping takes 1-2 business days, with both options calculated at checkout.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay), Klarna, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Afterpay.

Return Policy
We hope that you love your Fryes. If the product you purchased is not as expected, please return it to us for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. We will gladly accept returns purchased from Frye’s online store (thefryecompany.com) that are unworn (no scuff marks – please walk on a carpeted area when trying on footwear), undamaged or defective merchandise. We are not able to assist with purchases made through third-party retailers. You may use our online return service to send back your item(s) or ship with a carrier of your choice. If you would like to use our Prepaid Return Shipping Label service, a $12.00 fee will be deducted from your refund. Prepaid return labels may only be issued within the contiguous U.S. Please be sure to keep any return tracking information and records provided by the shipping carrier for your reference.
