Shipping Policy
Orders generally take 2-3 business days to process before they are shipped and our estimated delivery times do not include our processing time. Shipping times may be affected by observed holidays and inclement weather. Expedited and Express shipping options are not available for PO Boxes or APOs. Your order will arrive via UPS or USPS. If you are unable to receive UPS shipments please use your P.O. Box; P.O. boxes, APOs and Puerto Rico destinations will ship USPS only. Free shipping valid to US Addresses only and not valid for pro/influencers. Sorry, prAna does not offer Saturday delivery and we do not ship on non-business days. We do not ship to freight forwarders.

Return Policy
If for any reason, you do not love your prAna purchase, you may return it for a refund, credit, or exchange. We are committed to setting you free to explore the world and chase your adventures. The last thing we want to happen is for our clothes to get in the way. We only accept returns from the original purchaser or original gift recipient. prAna will not accept returns for clothing purchased through second-hand shops, non-authorized dealers, or from The Renewal Workshop; nor accept returns due to misuse or neglect.
