Shipping Policy
As all artworks sold on Artfinder are dispatched directly from the artists who are located across Europe and the rest of the world, the shipping destination really depends on them! As a result the courier delivering your order will vary depending on the artist you have ordered from. This is also dependent on the size, weight and destination of the shipment. Currently it is not possible for customers to select your preferred carrier, however, if you have any preference, please do contact the artist before placing the order to clarify arrangements. As all artworks sold on Artfinder are dispatched directly from the artists, the prices and the shipping destinations depend on them.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and PayPal.

Return Policy
Returning an item couldn’t be easier. If you’re not completely happy with your artwork, you have 14 days from the date you received the piece to request a return for a refund or replacement (if the artist is able to offer a replacement). We will organise a courier collection from your home, workplace or an alternative address, whatever suits you!! And, it’s completely free.
