Shipping Policy
While we always dispatch an order within 2 working days, we cannot control the delivery times beyond our end. We do have shipping time estimations from the shipping companies, but in some cases a delivery can be delayed. For your convenience, we now offer package protection through Route within 30 days of the delivery company's confirmed delivery date. In case things work smoothly a delivery within the USA will take 4–7 working days, and up to 15 days in case it's international. In some countries costumers will have to pay local fees and duties, this is beyond our reach and control.

Return Policy
Any brand new product that has been purchased at our website can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging.
