Shipping Policy
We only deliver via USPS, FED-EX or DHL for standard shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot inform you immediately of the carrier that will deliver your order if you select standard shipping for your order. This is because we now choose the most efficient shipping method for your package on a case-by-case basis to ensure that you receive your package promptly. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We do not ship on the weekends or federal holidays. If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped the following Tuesday. Express and Overnight orders will be processed the same day if the order is placed before 3:00 PM EST on a weekday. Please allow 1 processing day for Express and Overnight orders placed after 3:00 PM EST.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Apple Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, JCB, UnionPay, Klarna, and PayPal. If placing an order by phone, we can only accept major credit/debit cards. We cannot use Apple PayPal, Klarna or Amazon Pay via phone. We cannot place orders through email. For your security, please do not email us your credit card information.

Return Policy
L’OCCITANE creates every product with care and passion. Should you choose to return a product within 30 days of purchase, we will happily exchange the item or refund the purchase price to the original form of payment, except cash. Items purchased with cash in our boutiques, may only be exchanged or a store credit will be issued. All returns and exchanges must include the original receipt. Exchanges can only be done in a L’OCCITANE boutique.
