Shipping Policy
The estimated time frame for delivery is based on available logos already on file, the selected shipping method, and includes order processing. Monogrammed or hemmed items in your order add 2-3 business days of production time for each service. Please allow extra time for new logo submissions. Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are not considered business days. Our standard shipping starts at $80.00 for International orders. Expedited and Express shipping are not available to APO, FPO, & Territories.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).

Return Policy
Eligible returns received within 90 days of receipt of shipment will be issued to the original form of payment when available. Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price only when accompanied by a Lands’ End proof of purchase. No returns will be accepted after 90 days. Non-Lands' End labeled promotional products may be returned for up to 90 days. Refund will be in the original form of payment. No returns will be accepted after 90 days. All returns are final. Items sent to Lands’ End outside of the terms of this Return Policy are not subject to refund and will not be returned to sender.
