Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped only on business days from our warehouse in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal and corporate holidays. Depending on the location(s) to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own conditions and charges that will be applied to your order. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your order. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. Please note that your order may arrive via UPS, FedEx, or the United States Post Office. Currently, we only ship within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii and all US Territories. Sorry, we do not ship to Guam, American Samoa or APO/FPO addresses.

Tax Policy
Chicco charges applicable sales tax in accordance to state laws.

Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with Chicco products as well as your shopping experience with us. Nonetheless, we understand that sometimes items need to be returned. If you need to make a return, we accept returns of purchases from ChiccoUSA.com within 30 days after purchase. All returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition in the original packaging. All product parts and packaging materials must be returned including the instruction manual and registration card to receive a full refund. Once received in our warehouse, the item will be inspected for condition and complete contents. We reserve the right to refuse a return and deny credit.
