Superdry offers

Shipping Policy
We now offer a Click & Collect delivery service to selected US stores for our US customers. You simply need to select the Click & Collect option at the check-out page and choose which store you would like the order to be delivered to. We are unable to change the delivery method once the checkout process has been completed. Please check your order carefully before clicking the 'buy now' button.

Tax Policy
As we now fulfil US orders from our distribution centre in the US, you may be charged sales tax on your online order. Any tax applied will be dependent on the items ordered, the order value and will be calculated based on the zip code area of the delivery address.

Payment Policy
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and PayPal.

Return Policy
You have 28 days from the day of delivery of your online order to return any item back to us for a refund. This can be done directly through our returns portal or by taking the return to an official Superdry Store with your order number to hand. Items have to be in their original condition to be returned and will be sent back to you if found not be in good condition.
