Shipping Policy
We ship 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. To insure Next Day and/or Overnight delivery your order must be placed before 2:00PM EST Mon-Thr and 11:00AM EST on Friday. All standard ground orders must be placed before 11:30AM EST Mon-Thr and 10:30AM EST on Friday. We ship throughout the United States, Canada and to over 200 countries Worldwide. A signature might be required for UPS shipments upon receipt. Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up from UPS, at the discretion of the local UPS driver someone must be at the address to receive the package and sign for it.

Tax Policy
Orders shipping to an address in a state which requires us to collect sales tax will have local sales tax assessed. In certain cases, we may provide an estimated sales tax amount until your exact location is finalized prior to order completion.

Return Policy
You have 30 days to return the merchandise for full refund and another 60 days (90 days total) to return for store credit. All returns must meet our guidelines, please review our full Return Policy carefully.
