TJ Maxx delivers great value on ever-changing selections of brand name and designer fashions at prices generally 20%-60% below department and specialty store regular prices, as well as on comparable merchandise. New products are added daily in an all-encompassing range of styles.

Special Terms: Member Rewards are not earned on gift wrapping, shipping or delivery fees, promotional credits, discount codes (unless that coupon or discount code is valid and listed within the Service), returns, cancellations, refunds and transaction fees. Member rewards are not eligible on gift card orders, or orders redeemed with a gift card or voucher. Member rewards are not eligible on orders made outside of the US. Member rewards are earned on eligible purchases made through our Program in accordance with our Terms of Service. Additional merchant terms of service may apply.

Shipping Policy
We currently offer three shipping options within the United States. Standard 5-10 Days, Express 3-4 Business Days, Expedited 2-3 Business Days. When the order ships, carrier website will show that a label was created. Upon the creation of a label, the order generally shows movement within 24 hours on the shipper’s website.

Tax Policy
To request a refund of sales tax paid on exempt purchases, please contact customer service at 1-800-926-6299 to provide order information and details about your resale or exemption certificate, or other valid proof of exempt status in the location to which your order was shipped. You will then be given instructions on where to submit a copy of acceptable documents, which must be received within 30 days from your order, for verification. Any sales tax refunds which may be due shall be made in the same tender used for payment of your order, or in certain circumstances, as a merchandise credit.

Return Policy
You may return Merchandise purchased online to any open T.J.Maxx store within 40 days of your order date. Alternatively, merchandise purchased online can be returned using our return-by-mail option. Our return policies are always subject to local, state and federal restrictions.
