Shipping Policy
Most Groupon Goods Marketplace items ship within 2 business days and arrive within 3–6 business days. Once your item ships, we'll send you a confirmation email. Note: We cannot guarantee any shipment or delivery windows, and some deals have different shipment windows; check the Fine Print for the estimated delivery.

Tax Policy
Taxes (VAT) are always included in Local and Getaways order totals. Any additional taxes or fees for a deal will be listed in the Fine Print section of the deal, so be sure to always check this before purchasing.

Payment Policy
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay (only on Apple devices), Google Pay, and Klarna (available from $100, only on the web). PayPal is available for selected customers only.

Return Policy
Each Groupon Goods Marketplace merchant will list their return policy in the deal's Fine Print. If your Groupon Goods Marketplace item is eligible for return, you'll need to contact the merchant directly. The merchant will initiate your return and send you a return label upon request.
