Our story began back in 1878 when Silviano Venchi, a young 20-year-old man, spent all his savings on two bronze cauldrons and started experimenting with chocolate in a small shop on via degli Artisti in the neighbourhood of Vanchiglia, Turin.

Shipping Policy
We offer free UPS Ground Shipping on orders over $80, after discounts before taxes. Orders below the free ground shipping threshold and orders with express shipping will see a calculated shipping fee at checkout that is directly calculated by UPS.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Meta Pay and Venmo.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact Customer Care (venchi-usa@venchi.com) within (7) days of receipt for assistance with a refund or a return. Orders are only eligible for return if products are in original, resellable condition. We do not offer free returns in most cases. However, we do offer free returns for orders that arrive severely damaged. Initial shipping charges are not refundable. All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
