Shipping Policy
Most orders process and ship in 1-4 business days but there are sometimes delays due to order volume or inventory. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number and carrier details. This information can also be found under “My Account” > “Orders” on paulaschoice.com. US Standard Shipping: Most orders are received 3-5 business days after shipment. US Express Delivery: Overnight (1 business day) or 2 business day delivery options available. All rush orders must be placed by 10 am PST for same business day shipping. If an order is placed after this time on Friday, it will not ship until Monday. Express delivery timeframes do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Not available to P.O Boxes, APO, FPO or DPO.

Tax Policy
Paula’s Choice currently collects state and local sales tax where required by state legislature and is subject to change as taxation laws are updated. The actual taxes charged are calculated based on the order’s shipping address, and is applied to the subtotal and shipping charges (if applicable).

Return Policy
At Paula's Choice, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will happily provide a refund for products returned within 60 days and store credit up to 180 days after your purchase date for orders placed with Paula’s Choice LLC directly. We're sorry, but shipping/import fees are non-refundable.
