Shipping Policy
Free delivery available on purchases of $399 or more (based on the sale price of products, excluding taxes, delivery, install/uninstall and haul-away), for products delivered to a single U.S. address. Major appliances limited to washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, cooktops, wall ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, hoods, freezers, beverage & wine centers, ice makers and compactors. Only valid for new orders on maytag.com.

Payment Policy
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept debit cards as long as they do not require PIN numbers to complete transactions. Cash payments or COD orders are not accepted.

Return Policy
Our team is happy to help with returns for products you purchased through Maytag.com. Simply call 1-800-344-1274 for major appliances and major appliance parts & accessories, 1-800-541-6390 for water filters, or 1-800-643-0961 for appliance cleaners. Have your order number or product serial number handy and we can help you through the process. NOTE: We only accept returns for products purchased directly from Maytag.com. If you purchased a product at another retailer, please contact that retailer regarding your return.
