Shipping Policy
Shipping is free on all items. While we’re working on setting up quicker options in the future, we don’t quite offer expedited shipping options or date-specific delivery just yet. When you place an order on Zinus.com, please allow 2 business days for us to process your order and 3-7 business days for your order to arrive at your doorstep. We ship to the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. While shipping may be free, there may be a state-related recycling fee if you are from CA, CT, and RI. Please note, recycle fee applies to both mattresses and box springs.

Return Policy
Mattress: We have a friendly 100-Night Trial on each of our mattresses purchased on Zinus.com. You have 100 nights from the day of delivery to decide if the mattress is right for you. If you are not satisfied, simply contact us. The mattress will need to remain in good condition - no drool, stains, or mysterious smells - with the necessary documents including proof of purchase to ensure a full refund. Mattress Toppers, Bed Frames, Adjustable Bases, Living and Outdoor Furniture: 30-Day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your Zinus item.
