Shipping Policy
Pureology is pleased to offer free ground shipping for orders totaling $65 or more. Ground: 3-8 business days $8.99, Ground (APO/FPO address): 6-12 business days $8.99, Ground (U.S. Territories and PO Box address): 6-12 business days $8.99 2-Day: 2-3 business days $15, Overnight: 1-2 business days $23. Typically orders are processed within 1-2 business days, please see shipping rates above for average transit time by method. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the following business day. For expedited shipping, please allow 1 business day for processing.

Tax Policy
All orders shipped from pureology.com will be subject to sales tax, applicable in accordance with the tax code of the state and city to which the order will be shipped. Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation e-mail and packing slip.

Return Policy
