As Dell Corporate Customers return leased computers to Dell Financial Services LLC (DFS), we select the highest quality systems for refurbishment and make them available for sale through this website, formally known as DFS Direct Sales. Our products are visually and diagnostically inspected and tested to ensure the highest quality standards and reliability. Our refurbished products may have some observable cosmetic imperfections, but they will not affect the performance. Every system sold comes with a 100-day limited warranty.

Special Terms: Member Rewards are not earned on gift wrapping, shipping or delivery fees, promotional credits, discount codes (unless that coupon or discount code is valid and listed within the Service), returns, cancellations, refunds and transaction fees. Shipping Policy
Estimated delivery time based on the method selected: Standard Shipping 5-7 Days. Express Shipping 2-4 Days. Expedited 1-2 Days.

Tax Policy
Applicable sales tax is additional and based on the ship-to-address. We do not accept tax-exempt certificates on our website. Slightly higher rates may apply to orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

Payment Policy

Return Policy
You may return product purchases within 30 days from the date of the invoice to obtain credit for the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges). Please note a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase prices may be charged unless the product is defective (as reasonably determined by DFS at DFS's sole discretion) or the return is a direct result of a DFS error. To return products, please contact us at 800-891-8595 to obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) and for instructions on returning the item to DFS.
