Shipping Policy
Free shipping within the United States on orders totaling $40 or more. We do our absolute best to ship your order within 1 business day of purchase, M-F (even when the waves are firing or the powder is piling up!). During the holiday season, we may become backlogged and the process can take longer. Exceptions may occur if there is a question regarding your order, in which case we will contact you directly. Return Policy
Lifetime warranty for manufacturer defects on all products. Please note that normal wear and tear, including tears, punctures, cracks, holes, scratches, dents, leaks, dings, and other marks or signs that you’ve been having lots of fun with our products are not covered under Tillak’s warranty. Manufacturer defects include but are not limited to: significant cosmetic flaws, leaks, rough welds, damaged seams, and any damages or flaws sustained prior to first use.
