Special Terms: Member Rewards are not earned on gift wrapping, shipping or delivery fees, promotional credits, discount codes (unless that coupon or discount code is valid and listed within the Service), returns, cancellations, refunds and transaction fees. Member rewards are not eligible on gift card orders, or orders redeemed with a gift card or voucher. Member rewards are not eligible on orders made outside of the US. Shipping Policy
Please note that we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, or US Protectorates. The cut-off date for expedited shipping is December 17th, and for 2-day delivery, it is December 20th. "Free 2-Day Delivery" and "Free NextDay Delivery" may be available based on your delivery zip code and item availability; please confirm these options at checkout, where they will be updated based on the shipping address provided. Purchases with "Free 2-Day Delivery" will be delivered within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after shipping. Items shipped using 'Standard Shipping' or '5-10 days after dispatch' will arrive within 5-10 business days. 'Expedited Shipping' or '4-6 days after dispatch' ensures delivery within 4-6 business days. Purchases with "Free NextDay Delivery" will be delivered within one business day after shipping. Currently, we are unable to ship to international locations outside of the US.

Return Policy
When returning an item purchased, please note the following: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Only items purchased directly from the Nixplay Shop can be returned to Nixplay; for products purchased from third-party vendors such as Amazon, Newegg, Rakuten, Walmart, or Best Buy, returns must be handled according to their respective returns and refunds policies. Ensure that the items are repackaged in perfect condition, in the original packaging, with all the documentation and parts included. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and must contact Nixplay before returning any products.
