Shipping Policy
We cannot ship to PO Boxes. If your order contains multiple items, they might be shipped from different locations, resulting in varied shipping times and potential arrival on different days. Rest assured, you won't incur any additional charges if your items are shipped separately. FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $59 to the contiguous United States. Shipping times are in Business Days which do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Extra heavy items may be subject to an additional charge. Unfortunately we are not able to ship internationally.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Return Policy
Most items with proof of purchase can be returned within 60 days. Gifts purchased from www.zwilling.com will be refunded in the form of a gift card, for the purchased amount. Please note that returned items must be in new unused condition in the original manufacturers packaging to qualify for a refund. We cannot accept returns on engraved items, final sales, warehouse sale purchases, clearance, discontinued or visual imperfection assortment as they are final sale items. While most of our products have a lifetime or limited lifetime warranty, we cannot accept returns due to normal wear and tear.
