Shipping Policy
Spoonflower will print and ship from our United States facilities to locations all over the world except Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Somalia, Syria, Sudan, and Ukraine. Standard Delivery orders from within the United States are shipped via UPS Mail Innovations or UPS Ground* and typically take between 1 - 2 weeks to deliver. UPS Mail Innovations can be tracked on either the UPS website or the USPS website.

Tax Policy
Sales tax is rendered on a purchase if the order contains items that are taxable in the state to which they are being shipped.

Payment Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Afterpay.

Return Policy
We are print-on-demand and as such, we are unable to exchange any orders. Please review Ordering Test Swatches to help make more informed decisions. We will not process a return for items you send back to us without prior communication. Should your order need to be returned to us for physical review, we will work with you directly.
