Firstleaf is the world’s first fully customizable wine club. As members rate the wines they receive, Firstleaf personalizes wine selections to match their unique tastes. By doing so, the company helps members discover wines they didn’t even know they loved.

Shipping Policy
We currently ship to 47 states as well as Washington, D.C. If you’d like to receive the most up to date information about your shipped orders, you can sign up for a FedEx Delivery Manager account! Signing up for the account is free, and you can manage your orders after they’ve been shipped. Members can update the delivery dates, change the address, or have the order held at a FedEx store for pick up! This way, you can also give the carrier more specific delivery instructions.

Tax Policy
Firstleaf currently ships to the mainland United States (except for Rhode Island, Mississippi, and Utah), as well as Hawaii and Alaska. State and local taxes will be assessed according to the applicable jurisdiction where wines are shipped. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of any products to the carrier. Additionally, consumers in Arkansas, Delaware and Maine elect to purchase Firstleaf wines in California. Title to and ownership of these wines passes from Firstleaf to you in California, and wines are delivered to you in California. California sales tax will be applied to these transactions, and wine will be stored on your behalf at our facility prior to pick up or fulfillment as further described below.

Return Policy
We re-ship returned orders free of charge. We can send the order out ASAP to any address on a delivery date that works for you! If you do not wish to have the order re-shipped, just let us know and we can process a refund minus our $25 restocking fee.
