Shipping Policy
Items not requiring cargo shipment are exclusively sent via DHL. Within Germany, we generally ship goods requiring cargo shipment using the logistics company Dachser, and in exceptional cases within Germany we also ship goods using the logistics company Leupold. Within the EU, we exclusively deliver goods requiring cargo shipment using the logistics company Leupold. Cargo goods are bulky or particularly heavy items weighing more than 31.5 kg individually, or if these side dimensions are exceeded for an individual item or the entire delivery: 1.20 m x 0.60 m x 0.60 m. These dimensions are considered to be exceeded, for instance, if the packaging dimensions are 0.80 m x 0.65 m x 0.40 m or 1.22 m x 0.40 m x 0.30, that is, if at least two sides are longer than 0.60 m or one side is longer than 1.20 m. eibabo is a highly complex system allowing for international order and delivery arrangements.
