Shipping Policy
Booksamillion.com ships to all 50 states in the US. Only U.S. Territories and Military APO/FPO addresses are eligible for overseas delivery. Unfortunately, Books-A-Million has discontinued the option to ship to multiple addresses. Separate orders would have to be placed to each address. Booksamillion.com is an authorized retailer for shipping packages to Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) military addresses. These orders receive our lowest U.S. shipping rates (the address must use a U.S. ZIP Code).

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Return Policy
We cannot accept returns of products clearly marked non-returnable. **Items purchased from the New & Used Marketplace are non-returnable. *** eBooks or Audio Downloads, once purchased and/or downloaded, are non-returnable. Please verify device compatibility prior to purchase. For all other products, Booksamillion.com guarantees your satisfaction and offers you returns within 30 days of delivery on most items, and 60 days for Millionaire's Club Members. Online orders can be returned to our warehouse or returned to a physical Books-A-Million retail location.
