Shipping Policy
We offer several different availabilities for items on our web site. Because of the large variety of books we offer, we cannot always keep every book in stock. The availability time of an item will help you estimate how long it will take before it ships from our distribution center. If your order contains multiple books with more than one availability time, it is possible that your order will be shipped to you in pieces. In this case, there will be separate tracking numbers for each shipment of your order. "In Stock Usually Ships in 24 Hours." are items which will take 1 business day to process before they can leave our facility. When an item is listed with a "Usually Ships In..." availability followed by a time frame beyond 24 hours (i.e. 2-3 business days, 2-3 business days), this means we do not currently have this item in stock and must order the item from a publisher or a distributor.

Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal as a payment for purchases at eCampus.com. At this time, we are not able to accept payment via PayPal for any orders containing textbook rentals.

Return Policy
You have 25 days from the day your book ships to return it for a refund (less a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs). For short term rentals, you have 15 days from the day your book ships to return for a refund.
