Shipping Policy
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. We are unable to ship to international destinations, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, hotel addresses, and APO/FPO addresses. Chantecaille.com is not responsible for any issue with an order sent to a freight forwarding company / 3rd party shipper. This includes damage to items, missing items, defects or material difference. Please contact the freight forwarding/3rd party shipper with these concerns. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once FedEx has retrieved packages from our warehouse, delivery will generally occur within 5-7 business days.

Tax Policy

Return Policy

If you would like to request a return, please email us directly at Web.Returns@Chantecaille.com and include your order number, the exact items you are returning, a reason for the return and whether they have been used or not. Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase. New items are eligible for a refund of the purchase price while any gently tested or swatched products are eligible for a site credit of the purchase price only. If you are returning a set or bundle, all items must be received back for a refund or site credit.
