Shipping Policy
For US customers, we offer USPS and UPS Next Day Air services. Please note, UPS Next Day Air means your glasses will arrive the next day once manufacturing has been completed and they have been shipped. For Canadian customers, we offer the Canada Post service. For UK customers, we offer DHL service. For Australian customers, we offer the Australia Post service. For other all countries, we offer DHL service.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept Visa, AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, Maestro, Amazon and PayPal payments. For PayPal payments, our account is pay@eyebuydirect.com.

Return Policy
At EyeBuyDirect, we guarantee the quality of our eyewear. If you are not happy with your glasses, simply contact us for a refund or a replacement. EBD has a 14-Day Fit & Style guarantee which allows customers to make an equal exchange or return with no questions asked. Our 365-Day Product Guarantee means customers are eligible for a one-time replacement pair within 12 months. A one-time replacement pair will be only issued if there are clear defects in material and workmanship. Product warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence or improper care.
