To obtain an Upgrade, Paid Upfront Courses, or Subscription Access you agree to pay the amount specified on the course description page of the Website. All prices quoted include all applicable sales tax (e.g. VAT).

Payment Policy
We accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express debit/credit cards or PayPal.

Return Policy
Refunds or cancellations can only be issued if you have requested it within the 14 day cooling off period which begins on the day you first paid to access a Paid Upfront course or course upgrade. You have not completed (or attempted to complete) any tests; and you have not downloaded a Certificate of Achievement (whether digital or physical) on the course.
