Shipping Policy
Currently we only offer shipping to USA. For all other parts of the world please call us on 214-444-5993 and we will be happy to supply you with a quote. If you have already placed an order you can manage your delivery and track your parcel through My Account. All orders received on a working business day will be dispatched on the following working business day. If the order is received on a Friday, it will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), and PayPal.

Return Policy
You have the right to return any unused item in its original packaging up to 28 days after your completed Purchase. You will be contacted on receipt of the goods back to our address and a full refund will be issued. If there is a fault or manufacturing issue with the product after the 28 days, please call our customer services team to discuss on 214-444-5993 We will guide you through the process. Please also have your proof of purchase details to hand. The products will need to be returned to us and when confirmed faulty a full postage cost will be refunded. Please allow 10 working days for all returns to be assessed before a response is received from us.
