Shipping Policy
Our standard delivery service is UPS Mail Innovations, delivered by USPS, but we may sometimes use a different carrier. Standard delivery times are as follows: for continental U.S. addresses, delivery takes 4–7 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date of shipment. For Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, delivery takes 10–14 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date of shipment.

Tax Policy

Return Policy
We’re happy when you’re happy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your J.Jill purchase, we will gladly accept eligible returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise within 90 days of the original purchase. If returned with the original receipt, you will receive an exchange, refund or credit for the original purchase price. If returned without a receipt, you will receive an exchange or merchandise credit for the current selling price.
